I developed an early passion for tech-driven innovation. This led to a sustained career in entrepreneurship and startups. My earliest experience was co-starting a startup and joining IMAGINE, an incubator where I developed knowledge on how to create a viable business model, pitch an idea to different stakeholders, develop a winning product and prepare financial projections.

Gaining an international outlook
In 2016, I moved to Sweden to pursue a Masters in BA in Jönköping University in Strategic Entrepreneurship. I started and headed Hult Prize JU, a local chapter of the international social entrepreneurship competition. I led a multinational team to raise 60K SEK and host 21 competing teams and we were also featured twice in local news. The winning team, Rekreo, got the chance to travel to San Francisco and pitch their startup. I worked in Rekreo as a product development specialist to build a digital accelerator for refugees before they moved their operations outside Sweden.

Building EDUPRENEURIAL experiences
My most recent experience was building up and managing an entrepreneurship support and incubator program at Eslsca Business School, Cairo. My responsibilities were diverse and included building the program strategy, managing operations and workflows, coaching startups on product development, managing the community and creating partnerships as well as my involvement in the due diligence and awarding monetary and non-monetary grants. Throughout the past 3 years, I have managed a team of 4-6 people and together we supported 100+ startup ideas and incubated 30+ startups.

WORKING WITH STARTUPs
Throughout my career, I have worked on supporting startups on their growth journey. During my first experiences I worked in digital marketing within a digital agency and a university-based incubator catering to startups. I helped develop their marketing strategy, digital strategies, media buying and SEO. I was highly interested in design and self-learned a lot about UI/UX

More about me
Apart from my professional experience, I enjoy trying new things and I am especially fond of hand crafts and pottery making. I love travelling and experiencing new places and foods as well. I find learning about new cultures and languages fascinating and I’m currently enjoying the experience of learning Swedish!
